The NLIST Inquiry Science Project was conducted over a 6 year period with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration partnering with the Council of State Science Supervisors. - Professional Development Rubric – was created using the standards from the National Staff Development Council’s guide on what is required for a quality professional development PLUS the NLIST Inquiry guidelines. -Using these two resources the result will allow Professional Developers and Workshop Leaders to determine if their design is a quality PD using inquiry as a central design element.
- Administrative Walk Through Rubrics – are short one page summaries of classroom inquiry that allow administrators to easily determine if the basic elements of inquiry teaching are being utilized in classrooms.
